Aatachi – “Born for Creativity” was born in 2015 during a casual sibling’s conversation regarding what amazing work some small designers are doing but not available to the target customers. There was a constant struggle in heart of our founder to make these great products accessible under one roof. And online shopping made it possible with only a single tap sitting anywhere.

Why do we do it?

We find something thrilling about best handpicked designers in India,because it’s so easy to see their personalities in the things they make—in experiencing their products and process, you get a strong sense of who they are and what they’re about.

We aim to support and promote on-the-rise fashion designers who get us excited by giving you access to their unique products and stories. We hope to offer something special and rare to others like us: People who want to know the story behind everything, people who are the first to hear about the next big artist/designer, people who shop as much for the experience as they do for the product.

Our fantasy is that every time someone compliments you on an “One of a Kind” edition, you’ll feel compelled to knowingly tell them all about the reasons behind it. You’ll probably also want to brag that you’re only one of a handful of people in the world who owns it—but that’s entirely up to you.

The Beginning

 We’d had this sort of mental, analog Pinterest board brewing since we talked about the idea at first, of all the things we loved and wanted to put together in one place. So when we began, we knew it wasn’t only about making cool, special, useful things. It was about the curating of them, making the selection a little less daunting, a little easier, even fun. Because you don’t need a lot of choices… you just need the right choices.
